readySC™

readySC is a program of the South Carolina Technical College System designed to provide tailor-made training to new and expanding companies in South Carolina.

Since 1994, readySC has trained 8,731 individuals for 85 companies in Central South Carolina. 

The program develops course curriculum materials, provides educated trainers, recruits potential employees and manages the program from start to finish. In addition, readySC will observe processes, analyze skill levels and review documentation and equipment as a part of the program development process. All services are funded by tax dollars at minimal or no cost to the qualifying client.  Currently, readySC is working with a mixture of 115 existing and new companies to develop and/or implement specific training programs.
